The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dining seating, a TV with Netflix and an Log Burner. There is a king-size bedroom, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front lawn, and ample private parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and River Tees in 0.7 miles. Hudeway View is a delightful base for a rural escape to Durham. Note: The property is located next to the owner’s home.
