This charming terraced villa at Domaine du Lac promises you a truly enjoyable stay!
From the moment you arrive, the living area with its flat-screen TV and tasteful décor invites you to relax and feel right at home.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, whether it’s a quiet breakfast or a convivial dinner, featuring a 3-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, multifunction microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living room, which can also serve as a bedroom thanks to its 140 cm BZ-style sofa bed, is the perfect place to unwind after a sunny day. The bathroom with toilet and washing machine, located on the ground floor, provides all the comfort you need. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, ideal for enjoying your stay in complete tranquility. Step out onto the partially covered terrace to savor a peaceful lunch or get lost in a good book, while the private garden adds a touch of greenery and intimacy. You also have a private parking space, No. 41, which is very convenient. Petite résidence calme et bien située dans St palais, proche du centre et des commerces, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. La terrasse avec le petit jardin permettent de prendre les repas en extérieur. L achat de ventilateurs pour gérer les grosses chaleurs d été nous semble cependant plus que nécessaire à l intérieur. Hormis cela, nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
