The Robins is a welcoming, Victorian, end-terrace cottage set in a quiet position in Filey, North Yorkshire. With three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, along with a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom, this property can sleep six people comfortably. There's also a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a sitting room and a separate snug/play room. Outside, there is a compact, enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ, along with unrestricted roadside parking. The Robins offers a wonderful base for a family holiday beside the seaside, with Scarborough and the North York Moors National Park within easy driving distance.

The hard floors all through the ground floor were great for keeping clean, but it made any sound carry all through the house and it was possible to hear what was said in the front room in the upstairs bedrooms! ...
