The one-bedroom apartments accommodate up to 4 guests in a recently-built complex that is only 30 meters away from the sea in Casalabate, picturesque and lively seaside loaction on the Adriatic coast near Lecce.
The apartments are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, smart tv, internet, washing machine, electric oven, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board.
Each apartment has a balcony with view on the sea. Apartments for holidays for 4 guests by the sea in Casalabate The 4 one-bedroom apartments are on the first floor and the second floor of the building.
The complex consists of 8 recently-built holiday homes and it has a reserved but not covered parking area.
The apartments are accessible from a gate and an outdoor corridor leading to the stairs.
The one-bedroom apartments consist of a living room with air conditioning and double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, corridor and 1 full bathroom.
The surroundings of the one-bedroom apartments in Casalabate The one-bedroom apartments for rent are in a recently-built complex in Casalabate, in a quiet area only 30 meters away from the sea and 150 meters away from the city centre with services.
In Casalabate there are the main services such as cafè, ice-cream parlors, restaurants, supermarket, shops and playground, a small harbor and a picturesque weekly market every Sunday.
The long beaches with high dunes, scented by Mediterranean scrub, are partly free, but there are some beach establishments such as Sun Beach and Lido Exotic.
The sea is crystal clear and the beaches are soft and enriched by seashells. - Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

Die Lage und Aussicht auf das Meer waren gut.
Leider haben wir nie einen Gastgeber angetroffen. Unsere ID’s mussten wir als Kopie zum Check-in per Internet schicken, was gegen das italienische Gesetz ist. Per whatsapp erhielten wir viele Fotos mit Angaben zu Codes an welcher Tür etc. und mussten alles selbst herausfinden.

Die Gastgeber waren äusserst freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Aussicht vom 3. Stock auf das Meer war einfach atemberaubend.
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
Das Badezimmer ist klein. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten, z.B. ein grösserer Spiegelschrank, ein Wandregal, Haken für Badetücher, Halterung für Duschmittel etc. wären gut gewesen. Ausserdem wäre ein Staubsauger nicht schlecht gewesen.
