Binibeca Vell is one of the most popular places among visitors to the island, with its whitewashed houses and its charming architectural style. It is situated on the south coast of Menorca and belongs to the municipality of Sant Lluis, the whitewashed Minorcan houses are its hallmark, there are no big hotels, no hustle and bustle and no hustle and bustle. The two most important starting points are the famous "Pueblo de Pescadores", which concentrates the infrastructure around it, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, also some car hire or ice cream parlour, and the beautiful beach with its small pine forest and picnic areas.

"Vela Llatina" is about 10-15 minutes walk from both places, which is very convenient and also means that its location is perfectly quiet. The house is situated on the somewhat elevated part of Binibeca Vell and its first floor terrace offers a wide view over the beautiful urbanisation down to the sea.

It is a modern style villa. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living-dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside the villa has a private swimming pool and a nice solarium terrace located on the first floor which, as mentioned before, has wonderful views of the whole coast of Binibeca. We recommend enjoying the sunset from here.

Binibeca is connected to both Sant Lluís and the island's capital, Maó, by public bus, the latter in particular being worth a visit for its wide gastronomic and cultural offer. The beautiful beaches of Punta Prima, Binisafua or Es Caló Blanc are relatively close and can be reached by car or even on foot, always following the seafront.
