The Old Course is just a short 2 minute walk away, with all of St Andrews’ popular restaurants, cafés and shops just 200m away. The front, paved garden is equipped with a table and chairs to allow guests to make the most of the St Andrews summer sun. Entering through the vestibule, the ground floor consists of a super king or twin bedroom, as well as the master bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle and separate bath tub. Just along the hall, the property opens in to a bright, open plan living room, kitchen, and diner.
The cosy living area boasts patio doors leading to the front garden; a gas fire for chilly winter evening; and a piano, because why not?! Really nice appointed cottage down a small alley in a very good location with free parking near by.
Lovely facilities and friendly helpful service from Kingask.
The only issue was that it was very cold when we arrived (8.5 degrees inside) as the heating had been off so it took a day or so to warm up.
