Welcome to Penky Summer, a renovated house with a heated private pool in Playa del Inglés!
This fully renovated property from 2023 boasts a modern design and high-quality materials, where you can enjoy a private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee). It's located in a residential complex with a communal pool and is just a short walk from the Yumbo Commercial Centre and the beach.

It features spacious areas, international channels, Netflix, air conditioning, and unlimited high-speed WiFi (300mbs). The house is single-story and comprises: - Terrace with a private pool, 4 sun loungers, terrace chairs, and a table for 4 people.
The terrace has artificial turf, perfect for lounging and practicing yoga or sports.
The terrace is specially south-facing to enjoy long hours of sunshine throughout the day. - Living room-kitchen that connects directly to the terrace through large sliding doors, offering lovely outdoor views.
The living room features a Smart TV with international channels (Spain, UK, Germany...), all European sports like the Spanish League, Premier League..., and access to Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video.
Fully equipped induction kitchen with a dishwasher and all necessary utensils for your stay. - 1 bedroom with a double bed. - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. - 1 bathroom with a shower. A maximum of 4 people can stay here. The residential complex has a communal pool, where alcoholic beverages and glass are not permitted, nor is music, shishas, or any noise that may disturb the tranquility of the area. A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings longer than 8 nights) with a change of bed linen and towels is included. A crib and high chair will be provided (upon request) for a child under 2 years old, free of charge. The pool can be heated for an additional supplement of €30/day, reaching a maximum temperature of 24-26ºC. Please let us know when booking so it can be heated before your arrival. THE USE OF SHISHAS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY, AS IS THE ENTRY OF PERSONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE, ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER NEIGHBORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The plunge pool was a bonus but the villa itself was really lovely as was the generous sized garden. Highly recommended.
The bathroom may need some sewage attention. Otherwise, all really good

Locatie en privacy.
Feedback: algemene indruk/staat, niet schoon (kopjes vies terug in de kast), klemmende deur slaapkamer 1, klappende deur slaapkamer 2, geen hordeur dus lekker de deur open zetten is lastig ivm vliegen etc die binnen komen, bedden maken veel lawaai in de veren, waterdruk is heel vaak heel zwak tijdens het douchen. Het badje mag de term zwembad niet dragen.

Verblijf was top. Jammer dat er geen airco was op de slaapkamers. Verder prima verblijf.
Helaas was het peuterbadje in onderhoud en was dit heel de vakantie afgezet en kon onze dochter daar dus niet zwemmen.
Misschien op 1 slaapkamer een airco hangen. En de hygiene in het huisje iets meer aanpa...
