The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a shared front lawn with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and additional parking available in on-site car park. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 14 The Dell is a lovely base for a family escape to Norfolk. Please note, the WiFi is intermittent and the garden is not enclosed.
