We offer for tourist rent two-storey villa with swimming pool and large green area 400 metres from the sea. The villa consists of two living rooms, three bedrooms, separate kitchen, three bathrooms, glazed terrace, balcony, two solariums. The house has everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, electrical appliances (including a coffee machine), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: in 200 meters there is a supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is in 50 meters. The sea is 400 meters away, but the beach of Los Locos is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option: up to 7 persons (no animals!) Smoking is only allowed in open areas!

Check-in is from 15:00 until 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 until 15:00 on Saturday. Check-out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays are subject to an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon check-in.
