Welcome to our lovingly restored Eifel farmhouse.
"Jehöschnis" here in our beautiful Volcanic Eifel means a special feeling that can best be described as "snug" and "cozy."
Here in our small, idyllic village of Gees near Gerolstein, we are delighted to welcome you to our historically rich farmhouse.
The farmhouse (built in 1648) was completely renovated by us in 1990 and previously housed our great-great-grandparents, grandparents, and parents. At the beginning of 2023, we decided to convert our self-contained apartment in the house into a holiday apartment. Our lovingly and comfortably equipped 55 sqm holiday apartment offers space for 2 people (max. 3 people). Your well-being is our top priority here. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate entrance that leads directly to your private garden area with a biotope and a cozy barbecue lounge.
Here you can relax on additional loung lounger sun loungers after an eventful day of vacation and enjoy nature. Information on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation facilities in the Gerolstein municipal association have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 Euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travelers are exempt from this fee. The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, is charged separately by the accommodation, and is forwarded to the Gerolstein municipal association. The statutes can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag Price per night: 85.- Euros Short stay / 4 nights: 420.- Euros The price includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, use of the washer-dryer, parking, and final cleaning, as well as bed linen.
Additionally, each guest will be provided with 2 towels, 2 guest towels, 1 washcloth, and 1 bath towel. Het huisje is ruim maar knus. De verhuurder heeft aan veel dingen gedacht. In de keuken is alles aanwezig. Het huisje is schoon, modern en leuk ingericht. Het is fijn stil. Alles werkt en is nieuw en schoon.
