15 km from Nantes and 20 km from Clisson, in a quiet area, charming little gîte adjoining the owners' house and close to the owners' winery.
Another gîte for 4 people on the site, completely independent.
Private parking on the property. 9x4 m covered and heated swimming pool (April to the end of September) shared by the owners and the other gîte. Shared table tennis available.
Private enclosed terrace of 16 m², facing south/east. Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room/lounge (quality 140x190 sofa bed). Upstairs: bedroom (160x200 bed) open to the bathroom and separate toilet. Equipment included: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, washer-dryer and complete baby equipment on request. All inclusive: electric heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom and household linen. Cleaning option (€50). Tourist tax extra. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 53.88 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Choose this gité as it looked quiet and peaceful, next to the owners house on their vineyard. Nicely decorated and styled.
Very secluded private patio area and access for walks in the vineyard.
Use of the shared pool, which was always just us when we wanted to use it.

Très beau site dans un environnement et des prestations de qualité. Un joli petit logement qui a fait l’objet d’une magnifique extension / surélévation du bâti existant bien raisonné et fonctionnelle. Un lieu « à vivre » en mode vacances.
