Extraordinary Mediterranean style villa carefully decorated located in Balcón del Mar, with private pool, garden and spectacular sea views. The villa with capacity for 8 people is perfect for a family holiday, as it has numerous spaces to enjoy wonderful days on the Mediterranean coast. It has been cared for to the last detail and with excellent qualities, it has all the services and comforts, creating an exclusive and cosy atmosphere.
The Accommodation
The house of 252 m² with capacity for 8 people has a living-dining room, open plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, all distributed over four floors and with spacious and luminous rooms.
On the main floor, the villa offers a bright living room with a large sofa for relaxing, ducted air conditioning, Smart TV and free WiFi. The large windows of the living room open onto a wonderful terrace with private pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, hammocks, chill out area and incredible sea views. Next to the living room, the open space leads to an elegant wooden dining table and the kitchen with breakfast bar, which is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, complete kitchenware and utensils.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with queen size beds and a shared bathroom with shower. From these two large bedrooms you can access a terrace with hammocks to relax in the open air.
On the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed. This room also has a large dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub ensuite where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Jávea's Cabo de la Nao.
On the lower floor, there is another double bedroom, a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron. There is also a toilet.

The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar in Jávea, a quiet residential area and next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" at only 2 km, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". There are several services in the surroundings, among them the well known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" at 1 km and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" at 700m. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found all around, the Arenal area of Jávea is only 6 kilometres away, which has the only sandy beach in Jávea and numerous services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The airport "ALC" is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to move around the area.
