Bright and cozy villa with a garden, nestled in the heart of the Macari reserve, a short walk from the sea.
Casa Lia is the ideal starting point to enjoy peace and quiet thanks to its strategic location, in an still unspoiled natural setting with direct access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace, equipped with a dining table and sun loungers, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or an aperitif at sunset with views of the Egadi Islands and Erice.
The house, finely furnished and recently renovated, opens onto the living area, consisting of a comfortable sofa, a television, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and toaster.
The sleeping area features one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be requested, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

beautiful house with everything you need. The views are stunning and worth every penny. It's quiet and realy private - a gated property next to a camp. There are beautiful beaches nearby and san vito is only 7mins away. The owner is realy nice, he send a lot of tips and answered our texts righ away.

Situation at the end of a camp site, the views are incredible with excellent access to the nearby beaches and town. Definitely try a few of the local beaches as they are absolutely magic.Whilst we stayed only one of the 2 houses on the site we're rented, which felt very private. Some feedback shared...
