This cozy villa is built on different levels, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean from most interior spaces as well as from the extensive outdoor terraces.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a living area with built-in benches, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, fridge, and worktop above various cupboards.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails and a ceiling fan.
A large terrace and the private pool (10 m x 5 m) are also situated on this level, with comfortable sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax in the sun.
One area of the terrace is covered and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.
Upon entering the main living area via the hall, you find a spacious, bright open-plan space.
To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals.
In the center of the room are comfortable sofas, and you can access the main terrace with a built-in barbecue through French windows.
To the left of the living room is a large wooden dining table with chairs and space for eight people to dine comfortably.
There is also a cozy fireplace for the cooler winter months.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor: one with a 1.5 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails and a bathtub; the other bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 1.8 m) and shared use of the guest bathroom at the entrance to the main floor.
These bedrooms are only accessible from the terrace.
Please note, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The communal recreation area, featuring a tennis court, large pool, children’s pool, football pitch, and a small restaurant (open in the summer months), is within walking distance.
The beach, restaurants, and shops are a ten-minute drive away.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
