The living areas in this reverse-level home consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, a selection of books, and a woodburning stove, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a garden room. The bedrooms rest on the ground floor and consist of three doubles, one of which has a TV and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is a front, multi-level garden with lawn, decking, swing seat and furniture, a balcony with bench, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For a seascape to Dorset, book Sandy Combe.
