Description of the apartment
The flat is located on the 1st floor of our guest house. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle & egg boiler, coffee machine and sufficient crockery. This flat has a bedroom with living area. An additional bedroom can be booked for an occupancy of 3 or 4 persons. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV and clock radio. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror and towels. The flat has its own garden area with sitting area and direct access from the kitchen. You can relax in our spacious garden with a view of the vineyards.
Our holiday flat can be booked in two different sizes:
59 m² holiday flat for 1 - 2 people with sleeping/living area
80 m² holiday flat for 1 - 4 people with sleeping/living area and additional bedroom

New, modern and generously furnished holiday flat with flatscreen TV, large guest terrace and sunbathing lawn with panoramic views of the vineyards, own viticulture. Car and motorbike parking spaces are located directly at the house, also the storage of bicycles in a lockable area is possible.
