It is a flat located inside the condominium, 80 metres from the sea. It has a nice condominium space where you can park your bicycles; there is no reserved parking space. This flat offers guests a wide choice: strolling and enjoying the view, or simply relaxing in good weather while taking advantage of this unique setting.

The tranquillity of this place is ideal after an active day full of water sports and sightseeing. For the Viareggio Carnival, you can enjoy the parade of floats while sitting on the sofa!!! The interiors and furnishings of the house are a unique blend of traditional architecture, classic furniture and modern comforts. Appartamento comodo, di fronte alla passeggiata di Viareggio e accanto al Principe di Piemonte. Quindi spiaggia a due passi e zona comoda per servizi ristoranti etc etc. La casa a mio parere necessita di un ammodernamento essendo abbastanza datata, però probabilmente se fosse nuova avrebbe altri pr...
