Arranged over one level this spacious, light-filled property has two comfortable living spaces.
The first is furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and an extendable dining table and the second is furnished with a sofa and an armchair.
This room enjoys incredible views over the lake through floor-to-ceiling glass doors and leads out to a terrace that acts as a perfect alfresco extension - complete with outside seating and an outside dining table and chairs.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped: with a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a small breakfast table.
Sleeping Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a King-size double bed, a single bed with a pull-out single bed and a wardrobe.
This room also enjoys access to a terrace with a lake view.

Het uitzicht op het terras was fantastisch.
Het was erg warm buiten maar ook binnen in het appartement. Doordat het gelegen is aan een drukke weg was het geen optie om ''s nachts de ramen tegenover elkaar open te zetten, want dan hoor je alles voorbij komen.

Maison avec une configuration intérieure atypique (comme indiqué dans la presentation, donc sans mauvaise surprise pour notre famille). A proximité de beau village de Feriolo accessible a pieds. La terrasse est magnifique malgré un mobilier très basique. Mais il est difficile d'en profiter sereinement a cause des moustiques qui ont gâché nos soirées.

Die Lage ist super und den direkten Zugang zum See haben wir sehr genossen. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man wunderbar den Blick über den See genießen. Wir kommen gern wieder.
