Welcome to our cozy holiday bungalow "Juist" in Norddeich.
Located only about 150 meters from the North Sea and in an ideal beachfront location (including a dog beach area), your holiday home is right on the North Sea coast ;) Relax on the approximately 20 sqm outdoor terrace.
Garden furniture and a sun umbrella are available for your use during your stay. In 2024, the heating systems in the house were upgraded and modernized, the bathroom and kitchen were renovated and equipped with high-quality appliances such as a refrigerator, a stove with induction hob and oven, a Senseo coffee maker, and more. Extensive entertainment options are also available, including Disney+, Netflix, and Magenta TV. The holiday home offers space for up to 4 people (3 bedrooms) across its approximately 65 sqm.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
We are dog-friendly landlords – you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend(s) with you (for a fee, up to 2 dogs are very welcome). The terrace is fully fenced, and there is a large lawn and play area in front of the house (not just for your four-legged friends).
A public playground is also located on the property.
Dogs must be kept on a leash within the complex. Enjoy a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast in our bungalow "Juist" in Norddeich. The local tourist tax will be added and calculated separately after booking.

Beautiful holiday bungalow located directly on the dike/beach and the North Sea. Close to the dog and bathing beach. Direct access over the dike. The town center, restaurants, bakery, and other shops are reachable within a few minutes on foot. Spacious south-west facing terrace.

Es gibt nichts weiter zu erwähnen.
Lediglich eine Sache. Der Staubsauger war von den Vormietern , Vormietern…….in einem so versifften Zustand hinterlassen worden, dass wir ihn erst einmal komplett reinigen mussten. Das war 🤮 widerlich.

Die Lage ist einfach unvergleichbar, ruhig und doch zentral. Ein Auto ist kaum nötig.
Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
So richtig sauber war es leider nicht. Bartstoppeln in der Badschublade und die Ecken im Wohnzimmer waren so lala.
Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die bereitgestellt wurden (z.B. Leckerchen für den Hund).
Wenn in der Unterkunft ein Staubsauger zu Verfügung steht, sollte der auch leer bzw. sauber sein, damit man Ihn auch benutzen kann.
