The property itself has three bedrooms, one with an en-suite as well as a separate living room, dining room/conservatory, kitchen and there is a small nook with a desk and books.
Within half a mile (0.3 miles) there is a shop and pub, fish and chip shop, and the bus stop into the centre of Lincoln, all a short walk away.
Lincoln offers many good restaurants and bars with the Cathedral Quarter, Steep Hill and Brayford Wharf area all popular for visitors to enjoy.
The beautiful lakes of Hartsholme Country Park are within half a mile’s walk.
There are also walks even closer along the catchwater, with wonderful views of Lincoln Cathedral.
Easy access to the A46 means it’s an easy journey to Newark which is situated on the River Trent and well known for its regular International Antique Fairs on the Showground.
