Newly built flat with terrace, inside a residential complex with communal swimming pool in Desenzano del Garda.


The flat, located on the second floor of a building served by a lift, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and an open kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, kettle and microwave. A French window provides access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and private balcony, and the second with a double bed, consisting of two single beds, which can be separated on request. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will have access to air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for colder days and free wi-fi.

Guests will be able to use a garage within the property (width 3.20 m - length 10 m - height 2.00 m).

*The descent to the garages is quite steep and it is not suitable to drive down with low cars.

*The communal swimming pools are open from 1st May to 30th September and it is possible to use only 2 deckchairs per flat in the swimming pool area.

*Cot and high chair available on request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per service.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover the ancient Roman remains of the Villa Romana, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts, who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade, and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.


The flat is about 10 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and about 30 minutes from Verona airport.
