Newly built apartment with terrace, located within a residential complex with a shared swimming pool in Desenzano del Garda. The apartment, situated on the second floor of a building served by an elevator, welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.

A French door provides access to the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms; the first is equipped with a double bed and a private balcony, while the second has a double bed, made up of two single beds, which can be separated upon request.

A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will have access to air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for colder days, and free Wi-Fi. *The elevator is currently out of order. *Guests can use a garage within the property (minimum width 3.20 m - maximum width 6.90 m - length 10 m - height 2.00 m). *The ramp to reach the garages is quite steep and not recommended for low-profile cars. *The communal pools are open from May 1st to September 30th, and only 2 sun loungers per apartment are allowed in the pool area. *A cot and high chair are available upon request, at an additional cost of €35 per stay. *The Reception is located at Via Tommaso del Molin 27 in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
