The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and air fryer, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to hearty evening meals.
A separate utility area in the rear garden houses a convenient washer/dryer.
Enjoy meals together around the dining table or step outside into the raised courtyard garden.

The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, woodburning stove and TV, and an external utility with washer/dryer. There are 1 king size and 1 bedroom with bunk bed, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear, multi-level garden with patio, furniture and storage. Roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis or St Peter's Hill public car park within 100yds charged at £17.40 per week, with additional parking in a nearby car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. For a lovely base in Cornwall, book Bodilly's Cottage. Note: Other pets can be arranged by prior arrangement.
Please note: Due to the character of this property, there is a multi level courtyard and garden with steps, a steep angled internal staircase and a small step down from the bedrooms at the top of the stairs. This property therefore may not be suitable for people with any limited mobility, please do view the advert pictures to ensure this property is suitable for you before making a booking and please do also supervise children on any stairs or steps
