WiFi, fuel, power, linen and towels are all inc. Kitchen/diner with a Range cooker, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining area for 14 guests. Sitting room with TV. Bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size with sofa, a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with TV and en-suite shower room and a family room with a king-size and two singles, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Enclosed garden with lawn, furniture, BBQ and hot tub (hot tub supplement - 300 pounds sterling - please arrange this directly with the owner if wish to use it). Ample off-road parking. The hot tub will not reach full temperature on the first night of the stay. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, additional dogs welcome at an extra charge at £50 per dog (please arrange directly with the owner), but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc in the price. Sorry, no smoking.
