The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, and air fryer, a dining room/conservatory, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Firestick. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a bunk room, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and pergola, a doggy paddling a private driveway for one car, and additional roadside parking. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.3 miles, and the beach in 0.7 miles.
