Dart Cottage is a charming two-bedroom home located in the picturesque village of Dittisham, Devon.
Dart Cottage offers a homely abode for a Devonshire break, inviting four guests.

Before heading to your new residence, park your car in a nearby public car park.
The living/dining room welcomes you as soon as you enter; it has seating for four, plush sofas, a TV with a DVD player, and a lovely electric fire to light on chilly evenings.
Enter the small but well-stocked kitchen, which has everything you need for a self-catered stay.
As the day gives way to night, escape upstairs to two double bedrooms, both serviced by the ground-floor bathroom, with the convenience of underfloor heating.
After waking up to a hot cup of coffee, head into Dittisham, where you can find a Post Office, The Anchorstone Cafe, and the Ferry Boat Inn, where you can dine out, before traversing down to Dartmouth Harbour, Dartmouth Museum, and Sugary Cove Beach.
Take the ferry to Kingswear to access additional amenities or continue walking along the coast to reach the National Trust nature reserve of Little Dartmouth and the lovely Blackpool Sands beach.

The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double and a small double, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor cloakroom. Parking is available in a nearby public car park. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a pub and River Dart in 0.1 miles, and a shop in 0.4 miles. For a riverside dwelling in Devon, choose Dart Cottage. Note: There are steps throughout the home; please take care. Note: Building work is taking place next door; please be aware before booking. Note: This cottage does not have any outdoor space or allocated parking.
Note: There is no washing machine or freezer at the property.
2 small dogs are welcome.
Please be aware there is currently scaffolding surrounding the next door property between March and beginning of June with little disruption to Dart Cottage
