Villa Molucas is a stunning property located in São Rafael, Albufeira, close to the beautiful Castelo and Evaristo beaches, as well as shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Ideal for group holidays, it combines comfort and privacy in all its spaces.


On the ground floor, there is one en-suite bedroom with a double bed and bathtub, one en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and bathtub, and a guest bathroom.


On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a bathtub.


On the second floor, there is one en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathtub.


The kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a secondary kitchen, perfect for preparing additional meals.


For leisure time, the villa features a games room with a snooker table, providing hours of fun for family or friends.


Outside, you will find a traditional barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and a wonderful swimming pool with good sun exposure (pool heating is an optional extra).


The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, and is a 10-minute drive from Albufeira, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops.


The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.


This is a self-catered property. For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.


Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we will be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.


Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.


Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
