Vila Marquês da Luz is located in Luz in a quiet residential neighbourhood in an elevated position. The new attractive and comfortable 2-bedroom villa is located in a gated community. Praia da Luz is located on the western side of the Algarve and is a charming town with an idyllic beach.

The exclusive villa consists of two floors with electric underfloor heating. On the ground floor you will find the entrance area with the fully equipped kitchen on the right. There is also a chill-out room with a comfortable sofa, a guest bathroom including a washer-dryer and a guest WC. The inviting living room has a wood-burning fireplace and a brown leather suite with a cosy chaise longue. On the first floor, two bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom with bath, bidet and shower and a separate guest WC will fulfil your high expectations. The two upper bedrooms are furnished with luxurious box-spring beds (1.6m and 1.8m wide), inviting you to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

The Vila Marquês da Luz has a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, a dining area and a newly landscaped garden. A private 8mx4m pool is available for cooling off and there is also an outdoor shower. In our 2.8m long relaxation island you will find pure relaxation. A covered carport is available.
New terrace roofing from April 2024 offers perfect sun protection and invites you to relax.

Included: bed linen, towels, which are changed every 7 days. The villa is suitable for holidays as well as for a permanent stay over the winter, long-term rental over the winter on request. We also offer you a special service. A navigation device is available free of charge for your excursions during your holiday. It conveniently guides you as an ideal travelling companion to pre-installed, interesting tourist experiences recommended by us.
