The living space for this property is open plan with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining area for four and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There are two double bedrooms, 2nd double is a small double suitable for one adults or two children and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a front non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking a short walk from the property. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.8 miles, a river, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome and this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Note: Within the grounds of the owner’s house. Note: Second bedroom accessed through bathroom
NOTE: A party will be taking place on the 12th August close to the property, the owners welcome you to join if you book the property.

Lovely barn and furnished to a nice specification. Very warm and snug over Christmas week. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Lovely views from the cottage and walks for our two dogs. Lots to see in the area. Beautiful scenery. Great places to visit nearby: Settle with a Booths store

We had a wonderful two week stay in March. The location was ideal for beautiful walks from the door. Curlews and lapwings calling on the moors and memorable encounters with wildlife. Michelle and Greg were perfect hosts. It's worth taking the local OS Explorer map.

A wonder property set in open countryside with fantatic views. Well equiped and cosy with the addision of a lovely welcome pack. The peacock and peahens where a joy to watch. Taitland barn certanly puts North Yorkshire on the map being close to many walks and attractions.
