The Aviary has its own private garden with fire pit, seating and loungers, but furthermore there are 2 acres of garden (mainly lawn) with additional seating/fire pit which is shared with the other holiday lets. Take time to visit the many local attractions including the world famous Eden Project, Cothele House and Quay, Tamar Valley outdoor pursuits, Morwelham Quay, Trethorne Leisure Park, St Mellion golf course and health club and Adrenalin Quarry to name but a few. There is plenty of parking on-site, a drying and storage room for cyclists, walkers, or those with motorbikes, a fabulous landscaped garden with a private patio area, large dining table with firepit and fabulous views across the fields to the moors.

Beautiful house and beautiful location, the house was beautifully decorated, clean luxurious, and had everything you need in place. We were able to freely use the gardens and land surrounding the house, was so relaxed. The kids loved it : ) There was also 2 EV chargers on the grounds which made our stay stress free. We would definitely be staying here again ❤️

A beautiful cottage with everything you need. Lovely private outdoor space with the bonus of more space in the shared grounds. A BBQ and BBQ tools would have been a bonus as we were lucky with the weather!
