On the ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, open-plan kitchen and dining area, shower room, WC.
A staircase leads to two adjoining bedrooms separated by a sliding door (one double bed and one single bed).
Another staircase off the living room leads to one bedroom (one double bed) with an open-plan shower room and separate WC, and one bedroom (one double bed) with a private shower room and WC.
Electric heating.
Terrace and covered terrace.
Laundry room with storage space for bicycles or other items.
To ensure an eco-friendly stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.
Very close to Limoges (10 mins by car) the gite adjoining the owners' house has a completely independent entrance and terrace not overlooked.
A large piece of land at the back of the house is extended by 4 ha of woods.
A beautiful walk allows you to reach the river or go hiking on marked trails.

Très belle semaine au " chat qui pêche". Gîte très agréable et très bien équipé. L'accueil d'Annie et Jean-Claude est formidable. Ils nous ont très bien renseigné sur la région et leur gentillesse fait chaud au coeur. Une adresse à découvrir sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au chat qui pêche .Le gîte est très spacieux et bien équipé, situé dans un bel environnement où les activités de plein air sont nombreuses .Annie et Jean-Claude sont des hôtes charmants , toujours prêts à conseiller et rendre service .
