First floor: 6 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 queen bed, 3 single beds, 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and 2 twin beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together), shower room, bathroom, 2 separate WCs, 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, changing mat.
Central heating, Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
On request, a barn for storing motorcycles, bicycles, fishing or hiking equipment...
Car parking within the enclosed grounds.
A video projector and a screen on a stand can be provided on request.
Public Access Building (ERP) regulations do not allow exceeding the maximum capacity (including children and babies).
Near the medieval town of Saint Léonard de Noblat, independent gîte located on a large enclosed plot of land, not overlooked.
It opens at the back onto a spacious covered terrace, a lawn with a private swimming pool 11 x 4.3 m heated and open from the beginning of May to the end of September, a bowling green and the green countryside.
Your pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Le gîte est top ! Super grand, très bien équipé. La piscine est pratique avec des enfants, il y a un petit escalier sur tout le tour. Nous y étions pendant la canicule, la piscine a grandement aidée même si l'intérieur du gîte reste frais.Un tout petit point négatif,le plancher au 1

Gîte très bien équipé pour une grande famille, voire une très grande famille. Literie confortable. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec déposés dans la maison avant notre arrivée, pommes, biscuits de la région, oeufs ...Que du positif. Nous y reviendrons...

C'est la seconde année où nous séjournons en groupe.l'accueil est très chaleureu et les propriétaires très attentifs au confort des personnes accueillis.dans ce gite se dégage une impression de sérénité, le jardin, la piscine contribuent à rendre le séjour plus qu'agréable.
