Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with TV, and fireplace, the living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet :)
The property has four bedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a small playroom and a well-maintained private garden.
The modern kitchen is perfect for entertaining – and is bright, stylish and practical.
Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, new family-sized fridge-freezer and lots of high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.
Likewise, the dining area seats 12 so there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.
If you are staying with children you can make the most of the playroom that comes toys for a range of ages and Xbox for older kids.
This includes a selection of eco-friendly wooden toys, board games for all the family to enjoy, board and paper books, games console, puzzles and more. We can also provide highchairs, an infant travel cot, a bottle steriliser, baby bath, toddler steps, toddler toilet seats, child-friendly crockery and plug socket covers with prior notice.
Out and about you’ll find Sea Way perfectly located to make the most of this beautiful spot on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park, a stone’s throw from the sand and shingle of Barton on sea beach.

We only accept very low key hen /stag/celebrations as elevated noise and disruption will not be tolerated, we will consider groups on a case by case basis and additional terms/deposit will apply.
We care about our community and do not want noisy groups or parties/ we reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately if this rule is not complied with and we get complaints from neighbours.

5 ladies enjoyed 2 nights in the New Forest visiting new places, eating great food and catching up. We enjoyed our stay greatly the property really worked for us and we were able to sit around the dining table in a light and airy space.

For our 50th wedding anniversary we rented Seaway with our family group of 10 - ranging in ages from 22 months to 72 years ! We had a lovely stay and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and well equipped just as the photographs . Lovely garden area too . Short drive to nearest beach with easy parking . Very nice area with plenty to do . Would recommend.
