Just six miles south of the pretty town of Ashbourne, this beautiful single storey cottage is furnished in a mid-century style, yet equipped with superfast broadband, Smart TV’s and luxury 6-foot Super-King or single beds, as you prefer.
Situated on a plot that enjoys far reaching views of the idyllic countryside, the property is just a 10-minute drive from The Peak District National Park in one direction, and Alton Towers the same journey time in the other.
The cottage can be also booked in conjunction with its two neighbouring cottages; The Den, which is also for two people and The Coach House, which accommodates four.

This award-winning cottage can be found on a country lane whilst approaching the village of Roston. A private driveway opens onto ample parking and a shared front lawned area, with a hammock, picnic bench and rural views.
Step into the triple aspect open-plan living space, with its mid-century Scandi styled interior, and you’ll breathe a sigh of relief that relaxation is about to commence. Snuggle up for a cosy evening in front of the flame effect fire, or just gaze at the idyllic vista.
The fantastic kitchen boasts the essential appliances you'll need for a self-catered stay, plus a few luxuries like wine fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher. Dine inside or out on your own private deck, maybe having prepared something special on the BBQ, whilst taking in the views over the paddock to the hills beyond.
As the sun sets, slip into the luxurious Rotospa hot tub* and while away the evening under the stars, spending quality time with the one you love. When sleep calls, head to the attractive bedroom with its sumptuous super-king-size bed, Smart TV and ensuite facilities, including feature tiles and sleek walk-in shower.

Kitchen/dining area with electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, fridge with icebox and dishwasher. In the bedroom you’ll find an iron and table top ironing board, plus hairdryer.
Nearest shop 4.2 miles, village pub 0.8 mile. Various other local eateries including a gastro pub less than four miles away.
Gas central heating, power, bed linen/towels and parking all included in rent. Sorry, no pets, no children under 5 and no smoking/vaping. Please note: Unfortunately, bookings cannot commence on a Sunday.

The property is only 2 years old, beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds, central heating and lovely decking area with hot tub overlooking fields
Owner rightly proud of the property and dealt with issues well
Only problem was the Vrbo app providing incorrect information including where the property actually was ( it is not in Fenny Bentley!)
