The villa is located in the village of Posidonia, on the Southwest of the island, which is 14 km from the capital and port city, Ermoupolis.
The tastefully decorated villa is set over 2 stories and has a separate fully detached guesthouse. The villa itself is 270 sq.meters in total. Downstairs you have one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms which have a Queensize Cocomat bed in each bedroom. There are 2 extra bathrooms downstairs in the corridor."
