Where to start… bad communication before and with check-in. Room not ready, room looks tired and shabby, no mattress toppers, Ill fitting sheets with lots of (dog?) hairs on them, mould in shower, manky toilet seat, tiny bin in toilet, no other bins, no hooks anywhere, no space for clothes, scary li...
