- Bathroom with corner bathtub and toilet,
- Dining room (access via 5 steps, see photos),
- Double bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm (located on the garden level -0.5m, access via 6 steps, see photos),
First floor:
- 1 master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, ample storage, and wardrobe,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm that can be joined upon request,
- 1 mezzanine with a lounge area (extra bed for a 7th person possible upon request),
- 1 shower room with shower (hairdryer)

Outdoors: covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, and swing set.

You can easily reach the coast and its many tourist attractions in 40 minutes (Dieppe, the nearest beach).
If you wish to discover Rouen, it's simple – the motorway will allow you to get there in 25 minutes.

Accueil très sympathique et flexible. Un charmant gîte avec tout le nécessaire, très propre. Parfait pour un week end entre amis ou en famille Je recommande sans hésiter (Le logement est pres du parc d’attraction mais le gîte reste très calme et sans bruit)

Séjour agréable . Nous avons été bien accueilli, de plus la propriétaire c'est tenu disponible pour nous recevoir le 1er soir; en effet nous sommes arrivés en moto avec changement de l'heure d'arrivée.Garage mis à nôtre disposition...Nous remercions la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son accueil...Le gîte était impeccable...
