Beautiful Spanish Villa for large families.
Very charming and beautiful Spanish villa, located in beautiful and peaceful surroundings near Algarrobo, only 15 min. drive from Torre del Mar and Vélez-Málaga.
With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for the large or several families.
The terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the mountains, the coast and the Mediterranean. The villa was built in 2008 and is 170m2 with 105m2 terrace situated on 1200m2 plot.
There is plenty of room for the large family both indoors and outdoors.
The whole house is very complete with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from both the living room and several bedrooms and minimalist and practical furnished. The central area of the house is the open kitchen / family room.
The kitchen is well designed and very well equipped with all new kitchen appliances as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc. The living room is spacious and provides comfortable sofa environment, large flat screen TV with satellite access, nice dining table with 10 seats.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with double beds, wardrobes and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
A third bedroom has direct access to the garden.
There are 3 bathrooms. 2 are en-suite with separate bedroom, and the third bathroom is shared between bedrooms 3 and 4. There are 8 regular sleeps spread over the 4 bedrooms.
In addition, there are 2 folding beds for children so the house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people (8 adults + 2 children) Your beloved pet, a dog up to 7 kg, is welcome.
A pet fee will be applied. The large stone terrace is nicely furnished with several dining tables and chairs, loungers with drinks tables, umbrellas, outdoor sofa, etc. The view is magnificent over both the beautiful Andalucian mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and there is wireless Internet access.
Parking is available at the house, and the whole plot is fenced and accessed via electric gate. There is also a original Petanque court which is free of charge. A fantastic opportunity to live quiet and private, in the magnificent surroundings of the original Spain. MOUNTAIN ACCESS: Property is located in the mountains – experienced driver.
The access road to the property is a narrow mountain road, gravel and/or dust road.
The access road can be narrow, without barriers and with sharp turns.

Der Pool war super und es hat Spaß gemacht darin meine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das Haus war sehr großzügig eingerichtet . Der Rasen um das Haus hat die Terrasse sehr gemütlich gemacht. Wir hatten uns den ganzen Abend auf der Lounge gutgehen lassen. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen, da alles perfekt war.
Der Anfahrtsweg war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es muss ein guter Fahrer sein. Aber man gewöhnt sich an alles.
