Nice 2 level penthouse apartment in Elviria Marbella with beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea near Santa Maria Golf and Nikki Beach.
The apartment is nicely furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday.
There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and lots of terrace space on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, etc. Next to the kitchen you have the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area, where you will find a TV with lots of different TV channels.
High Speed Internet Access and Apple TV delivers you access to your favourite streaming apps like Netflix, etc. From the living room there is direct access to the main terrace where there is a beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace contains garden furniture, sunbeds and a BBQ gas grill. There is a total of 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom located on the 1st floor: Contains a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
There is direct access to a terrace. 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor: Contains a double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom.

The somewhat outdated appartment impresses with a great view of the see and the mountain landscape. Unfortunately, we ha to contend with an ant infestation during our 6 weeks stay.The parking space as booked was not available. Jose from the Rincon agency wanted to take care of it after we arrived and complained. Unfortunately, our reminder calls and voice messages were subsequently ignored.
