About this space
Explore Exeter's culture, bars and family-friendly activities, before returning to this gorgeous, comfortable home for some relaxation. Located in a quiet road in a superb location close to the City Centre and Quayside, the property has two double bedrooms, cosy lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area. There is a private garden which comes complete with hammock! The house has been stylishly decorated and has an array of artwork and books for you to enjoy.
The space
The house is entered into the hallway which leads to the cosy living room with feature ornamental fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen and dining room are open plan and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal. From the dining area there are patio doors to the garden and a comfortable reading chair - the perfect spot to relax. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms, one with king bed and one with a double. There is plenty of wardrobe space in each room.
The bathroom is modern and has a bath with full height shower.
The garden is a lovely space, especially when the sun is out. There is outdoor seating and a hammock for guests to use.
Please note, as we are in central Exeter, parking can be restrictive. we provide 4 permits per stay for you to make use of. These allow you to park outside the home. Some times and days do not require permits for parking (i.e. Sundays), please check signs to be sure. (There is no free parking on bank holidays, only on Saturday and Sunday.)
Guest access
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check-in, meaning no direct contact with anyone is required. We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay. There is a local account manager and team who will be able to assist with any on-site issues should any occur.
Other things to note
Free visitors parking tickets for up to four days will be provided for one car during your stay. For weekends, and overnight parking between 4pm and 10am, parking is free and you do not need to use a permit.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

- Extra guests are not allowed.
- Please water outdoor plants if the weather has been dry.

- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible.
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property.
- You are welcome to use the BBQ and enjoy the seating area. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
- You are responsible for putting out the bins during your stay if they are due. Please look out for a reminder message.
