Spacious flat with balcony a few steps away from the landing stage in Menaggio.


The flat, located on the ground floor, opens onto the bright open plan living area, furnished with a single sofa bed, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. A service bathroom and one with shower complete the layout.


From the living room and the bedroom with two singles there is access to the balcony with table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air with a view of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the lake.

Available to guests are comforts such as wi-fi connection, washing machine, iron and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. First among the many reasons for which this lake is world-famous is the beauty of its landscapes: it is surrounded by mountains and is home to picturesque fishing villages, splendid villas, parks and evocative trails. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. Its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that make it up: Colico to the north, Lecco to the south-east and Como to the south-west. The main urban centre is Como, an elegant and romantic city with several villas, monuments and a very picturesque lakefront. However, there are many villages that are not to be missed: on the Como branch, Bellagio, 'the pearl of the Lario', Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso with its romantic views stand out. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks, thanks to its numerous paths such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km) and the Greenway of Lake Como (approx. 10 km).

The lake's traditional cuisine is also excellent, from fish to cheese to desserts. The perfect combination of lake and mountain can be appreciated on the tables of the many restaurants in the area.
