The living areas of this three-storey property include an open-plan living area with kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV, as well as a cloakroom and utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. Each of the bedrooms have a TV and include a second-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a second-floor double and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with decking and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles or less you will find a shop, pub and a beach. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not. Highchair, travel cot and stairgates available. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in rent.
