Villa Delfín Blanco is located in the charming urbanization Costa Aguilera Mar in Salobreña on the Costa Tropical of Granada. The villa offers impressive views of the sea, the coast and the picturesque, whitewashed town of Salobreña, built at the foot of the imposing Moorish Castle.
The villa faces south and is on the coast. The only sounds you hear are the waves, the birds and the crickets. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. All rooms offer direct or partial views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has three floors. The first floor is reached by stairs or ramp from the street. The view is impressive from every floor.
On the ground floor there is the entrance to the garage, which is not accessible to guests, a washing machine and an extra refrigerator.
One floor up you will find the living room with a comfortable set of sofas and armchairs, a table for 6 people and a modern kitchen.
From this place you can enjoy the beautiful view that the villa offers. The modern open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals and also has a breakfast bar with two stools. From the kitchen you have access to a terrace where the gas barbecue is located. This terrace is also connected to the pool and main terrace. The kitchen communicates with the bright living room with sea views and access to the large terrace with an 8m x 4m infinity pool.
There is a guest toilet in the living room, directly opposite the elevator.
The bedrooms are located on the top floor, which can be reached via the wide staircase and the elevator. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bed of 160 x 200 m. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. From this bedroom with frontal sea view you have access to a terrace that runs along the side wall and is connected to the other bedrooms.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
