This beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 adults and two children (up to 14 years old).
It is located in the luxurious urbanization of La Sella, which boasts an extensive golf course highly appreciated by sports enthusiasts.
Upon entering the house, you will find the living/dining room, from which you can access the fantastic terrace offering enviable panoramic views.
The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, central heating, a TV in the living room and one bedroom, as well as outdoor furniture (sun loungers and garden table) to fully enjoy the accommodation.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with: a gas hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
On this same floor, there is a guest toilet and an en-suite bedroom with air conditioning and TV (with its own bathroom with shower and dressing room).
Going down the stairs, you will find the laundry room, the other bedrooms, and access to the pool.
The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated.
The first has air conditioning and direct access to the pool.
Next to it is a fully renovated bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom with a double bed does not have air conditioning but does have access to the pool.
The third and last bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and air conditioning; this room also has access to the pool.
The villa has private parking.
The consumption of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included.
For long stays, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), as well as Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels, are not included.

Perfekte Ausstattung es hat an nichts gefehlt Hundefreundlich.1A Service durch Carlos Reisen waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sofort gekümmert.Sehr freundliche kompetente Mitarbeiter.Tolle Aussicht aber leider sehr windexponierte etwas eisame Lage innerhalb der Urbanisation.
