Beautiful and comfortable family flat near the beach on the southern Lake Garda, in a newly built complex with swimming pool and children's pool built in 2022. The flat is located between the centres of Sirmione and Desenzano, in the district of Rivoltella. The supermarket is located directly behind the complex, so it is very convenient especially for those travelling without a car. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift, has a private garage in the building and 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom and a children's room with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a large living room with a kitchen with a panoramic view of the pool and the complex's garden, dining alcove and sofa corner. A lovely furnished terrace invites you to relax.

We hadden een hele leuke vakantie! Alles was zoals we hadden verwacht, het appartement was heel goed uitgerust! Het was netjes en het was een heel aangename host.Als er toch iets was wat ontbrak, was het een microgolf, wat wel handig zou zijn om restjes eten snel op te warmen.Maar voor ons was dit zeker een aanrader.

For some reason I didn’t receive the entry instructions as I should have but the lady at My Garda sorted it on arrival so all good. Couldn’t access the underground garage as the only key that fitted the lock wouldn’t turn so had to leave it outside but not a problem

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit war gleich hinter der Wohnanlage, was sehr praktisch war. Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles!
