🌃 LE QUARTIER DES MARAÎCHERS: A haven of peace nestling at the gateway to Colmar, the Maraîchers district is a great place to stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This area is very popular with Colmarians, both for walking and for living. As its name suggests, this area was once dedicated to growing vegetables, although there are still a few where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Today, despite the proliferation of modern buildings, this area is still unspoilt, making it a great place to wander around on foot, by bike or on rollerblades! A footpath and cycle path run alongside the Lauch, lined with trees and whistling birds, making it the ideal place to take a break along the river. You'll come across an imposing weeping willow whose branches dip gently into the water. On the other bank are tall reeds with moorhens nestling among them. All along the way, you'll find peace and quiet, barely disturbed by the rustle of ducks flying low and frogs croaking. From spring onwards, you'll be lucky enough to spot swans and their young. A lovely Sunday walk for the whole family to relax and enjoy the sunshine.


House rules
🚭This is non-smoking accommodation. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.

🚭 A tolerance is required in front of the house, We thank you for using the ashtrays provided


⛔ Pets are strictly forbidden.


🧹Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.

🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
