The flat is located directly behind the dyke, just 30 metres from the fine sandy beach. It offers space for two people and is modern and furnished to a very high standard.

The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa with high-quality box-spring upholstery for maximum comfort. Here you can lean back after an eventful day and simply unwind. The sofa invites you to cosy up, read or simply relax.
The living room also has a modern Samsung The Frame flat-screen TV. The spacious glass cabinet offers space for tea sets, wine and champagne glasses and other items.
Directly next to the sofa is a dining table made of solid oiled oak. Thanks to its position by the window, you can enjoy the fantastic sea view at breakfast. The three upholstered chairs at the table are not only extremely comfortable, but also swivel to offer you maximum comfort. Several floor lamps and the indirect ceiling lighting in the living room create a warm and cosy atmosphere.

From the living room, you enter the balcony, which has a wooden floor made of Douglas fir and offers you a pleasant and natural environment. With a table and two comfortable chairs, it invites you to relax outdoors. From here you have an impressive view over the dyke crest directly onto the beach and the expanse of the Baltic Sea off California.
The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh sea air, let your gaze wander to the sea and be enchanted by the charm of the Baltic Sea. You can admire the sunrise from here, have a cup of coffee or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings.


The bathroom is elegantly tiled in white and grey and fitted with white bathroom ceramics. The walnut washbasin vanity unit and the tiled ledge provide ample storage space, while the towel radiator warms your towel. A hairdryer and make-up mirror are of course provided.
The walk-in shower is equipped with a rain shower with additional hand shower.
The existing rimless toilet has no flushing rim. This means there is no longer a cavity under which dirt can accumulate.

The small kitchen unit is of a high quality and extremely attractive design. Its modern look in white-grey, accentuated by a worktop made of Provençal old oak and fittings made of shiny stainless steel, immediately attracts attention.
You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals here. A ceramic hob with four hotplates, a convection oven, a spacious fridge, a practical freezer and an efficient dishwasher are at your disposal.

The separate bedroom is separated from the living room by a door and offers you a private and cosy retreat.
