Ideal flat for couples, in Desenzano del Garda, in the lovely hamlet of Rivoltella inside the elegant villa Villa Caterina.

The flat is located on the second floor of a building with lift and is distinguished by the level of its fine finishes and its central position, close to the village and the beaches.

Inside, it consists of a bright living room equipped with a comfortable double bed, a small dining table for 2 persons, television with access to German channels, an open kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, mini fridge, microwave, American coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric kettle. The flat is completed by a bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

Available to guests are free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry and a communal garden equipped with two washing machines, two barbecues and some tables.

The colours of the furnishings may vary depending on the accommodation.

In the apartment complex there is a children's area with a playground.

The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 October. Swimming caps may be required.

The surrounding vegetation offers shelter from the hot summer days, with tables where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in the open air.

Guests can make use of an uncovered parking space on the property. A parking space with electric recharging is also available.

Basic items such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty little town on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover the ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts, who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade, and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.
