- Family Bathroom: Features a bath, shower, WC, and wash basin.
- Living Area: Spacious, south-facing open-plan living-dining-kitchen area.
- Kitchen: Fully fitted with ample storage and counter space, equipped with an induction hob, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and American-style fridge-freezer. Chinaware and cooking utensils provided.
- Utilities: Includes a washing machine/dryer.
- Living Room: Comfy sofa and easy chair, dining table with seating for six.
- Bedroom One: Two single beds, clothes storage, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
- First Floor Access: Stairs lead up to the first floor.
- Bedroom Two: South-facing double bedroom with a king-size bed, balcony with views over the Oxfordshire countryside, outdoor table and chairs, and clothes storage.
- Additional Sleeping Area: Futon available as a single bed, with linen stored in the lodge.
