Wonderful villa with a private pool and a prime location in La Sella, Pedreguer, with views of the Golf Course.
The accommodation offers great comfort, a large outdoor terrace, and a private pool.
The comfort, tranquility, and magnificent mountain views make this villa an ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends. Accommodation: The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
The 216 m² accommodation is very bright and cozy, spread over 2 floors with spacious rooms. On the first floor, the villa offers an elegant living room with a large sofa for relaxing, a flat-screen satellite TV, and free WiFi.
There is also a dining room with plenty of light and a large table for everyone to eat together.
From the dining room, you can also access the independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, plates, and bowls.
On this same floor, there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and a bathroom with a shower. From the kitchen, you access the wonderful and spacious 95 m² terrace, which features the pool with sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and a barbecue area.
The 14 m² covered terrace is accessed from the living room.
Here, you can enjoy a fantastic dining table and chairs with views of the mountains and the garden with fruit trees. On the second floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen Size bed and another with a King Size bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and 2 large terraces with incredible views of the Golf Club and the mountains. We loved this house - it was wonderful. Beautifully appointed and great location. Plenty of room for everyone and peaceful, yet close to Denia beaches.

Das großzügige, ruhig gelegene Haus in der Nähe des La Sella Golfplatzes lädt zur Erholung ein. Die Ausstattung ist stilvoll, alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und die moderne Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt!
